Disney Cinderella Collection by Sephora Storylook Eyeshadow Palette
What I liked:
- Lots of really pretty colors.
- Gorgeous collectible packaging.
- It's a Disney princess palette, but it doesn't look like plastic play makeup. It has a very classic look and feel to it.
- Both trays pull out so it's easier to use.
- Some of the colors sting when their fallout gets in my eyes. I don't usually experience that with Sephora-brand shadows.
- Most of the colors don't apply true to pan color.
- Some of the shades are too soft and dusty with poor payoff.
- There's a fair amount of fading and color-changing with these, even when worn over a primer.
I would buy this just for the packaging- so pretty!
ReplyDeleteOh wow, that is a beautiful palette, really interesting colour selection too!
ReplyDeleteI bought this last month and while the shadows swatched great, I had the same problems-couldn't get pan color on my eyes, fallout, the colors faded...I returned it. Ended up picking up the Urban Decay Vice Palette.
ReplyDeleteI think the extra colours are based on the other characters, particularly the step-sisters and their gowns/hair colours
ReplyDeleteWow, that packaging is so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThe colors are Pantones from the original movie. :D
ReplyDeleteT he colors are Pantones from the original movie. :D

ReplyDeleteInteresting color picks from a pantone pallette. Like it though. Movie, so, so.
