ReplyDeleteWow, those look really promising. I love how they have 2 distinct 'light' and 'dark' collections. Unlike many, I don't look forward to pale washed out shades in Spring (hey, I already feel washed out!) so the darks are totally up my alley. Thanks CC!
ReplyDeleteCam-a, they released it once before to go along with the neons- it has a slight violet-blue tint to it and it's supposed to make colors brighter. It's nearly the same as the Milky White basecoat, though.

Sybelle, yep, that's the general idea, though it doesn't make too much of a difference to my eye.
Arriane, it sorta seems like one in the picture, but I'll have to wait and see cause they're always so deceiving!
