Woohoo, it's here! Luna is here!
It's completely dark here, not even a hint of sunlight. Despite the fact that it's my favorite type of weather, it is not ideal for swatching. Anyway, I did an indoor shot and one with flash to try to catch the sparkle.
Luna. A medium-grain silver glitter in a sheer light grey-silver shimmer base. Another unique glitter. I was expecting a plain silver glitter in a clear base, but it isn't! The grey base really stands up to the glitter- it looks like a sequined dress (or glove *cough*)... It's sparkly and shimmery at the same time. Actually, I haven't seen this in full bright light yet so I can't judge the intensity of the sparkle, but it looks promising. I think Luna is a perfect name for this. It really does make me think of the moon... Moon dust, moon rocks... Ziggy Stardust?
So, that's the last of the Zoya UltraGlitters for winter!
Ooooo! I love this, it reminds me of ice outside in the winter!
ReplyDelete"or glove" HEHE. LOVE this one!!
ReplyDeleteIt's a Star Maaan, waiting in the sky.. :-D
ReplyDeleteOh dear, Ziggy Stardust, David Bowie and teenage crushes!
This polish s going into my stash, and I am not going to look too closely of the reason why.. ;-)
Sailor Moon!!
ReplyDeleteOhhhh wow - so beautiful. Love it!
ReplyDeleteHow does it compare to the Illamasqua glitters (Harsh / Spartan etc) texture-wise?
How many coats did you use for these glitters?
ReplyDeleteHaha I love the color so much :) ...and David Bowie.
ReplyDeletelove this! i prefer to get this more than the other two!
ReplyDeleteI haven't commented in a while but this is a great polish! Just wondering, how easy (or difficult) is it to remove? Lately, I've been wearing a lot of cremes since I've been redoing my nails a few times per week (I'm out of topcoat! Any suggestions?)
ReplyDeleteWow. I'm not a big glitter person, but I might need this. I can totally see wearing it on New Year's Eve. Is this three coats like the other Ultra Glitters?
ReplyDeleteOh yeah!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteIt SHIBONG QUISHA!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to see the giant banana rise out of the sky when blind zebras dance with their friends, the royal crickets!!!!! I have a pet napkin, its name is Pork Chop. I rock, oh yes i do!

ReplyDeleteLook at the glitters! I love it!
ReplyDeleteThat is gorgeous! Does it look like any of the new Color Club glitters or should I just buy this? If I buy this will I be able to moonwalk?
ReplyDeletePerfect for Winter! It's like snow glistening in the sun! It makes me want to go skiing!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for post

I love this nail polish, perfect for a party!
ReplyDeleteGenius! I love the grey base. I wish more polishes with bigger glitter pieces could withstand a more opaque base color. The result is stunning!
ReplyDeleteVery nice!! I didn't order any glitters, but I'm waiting on ship notice for the gorgeous Winter MatteVelvets. Hope the company gets caught up soon :)
ReplyDeleteI agree with Tiffany, when I seen this my first thought was New Year's eve!
