Oh awesome! I love moths they're sooo cool (and cute!)... I did a search and I believe he may be a Virginia Ctenucha. Definitely a male 'cause of the large, feathery antennae (sorry - I'm a zoology grad!).
Oh, and your mani is great, too!
(to Liz... no, there are many of us who like to do that!)
Nice! I love your blog-it's helping me pick out a nice blue to match my dress for my friend's wedding. Maybe I'll even do some chrome Konad snowflakes :)
Weeee! What is your little friend's name? I love the fact that your np matches. Over here, the bumble bees and ladybirds are getting indoors to find a spot to hibernate, but i can't find a np that is fuzzy enough to match (i can do ladybird, but they refuse to sit long enough....) thanks! Rose
I have been charming domestic animals of late. My sister's white German Shepherd decided to sleep on my feet all last night when I visited. I wasn't expecting a furry guardian. I bet the moth's respite was a slightly more comfortable than Max's positioning due to the moth weighing a bit less. ;)
Ooh, do you like moths too? I adore them :) It's past lepidoptera season here, and I moved into a better-sealed house this summer, so I didn't have nearly as many friends flocking to my computer screen as usual.
