This is fun!
Essie has put together a little survey about nail polish, and they'd love it if you all participated!
They don't ask for any personal information or anything like that, it's all nail-polish related questions. Have your voice heard!
Click here to take the Essie Nail Polish Survey.
As a little incentive to participate, you'll get a code for a free gift after you complete the survey.
Personally, I love taking surveys... I wish polish companies would do more surveys!

I wish it had been worth it, like a polish or something like that. A mini bottle of something with purchase just didn't seem like a "free gift". Maybe I was spoiled by Zoya's recent twitter giveaway. :P
ReplyDeleteDitto! I guess you can't win 'em all.
ReplyDeleteWhat shade is that color on your nails in the picture? It's gorgeous!
ReplyDeletewish you had told us it's just a mini gift with purchase!!!!!
ReplyDeleteNOT fun for a non gift
ReplyDeleteThank Scrangie ;) lovely nails, as usual!

The limited selection in answer choices is going to skew the reults. 'How many times a week do you change your polish?' and the once a week answer is what I chose because they didn't offer once a day! And the 'how many polishes do you own' was a bit laughable, but I'm thinking this survey was designed for the general population and not the majority of us :)
ReplyDeletei concur with pinkhepburn, you have to buy something to get something (which really isn't much of anything) zoya spoiled us,lol
ReplyDeleteA crummy gift. I hate doing market research for a company.
ReplyDeleteI should redo it and pick horrible answers.
I found it fun to do regardless of whether there was a gift at the end of it or not! I'd have done it for nothing. I LOVE to answer questions about nail polish ;)
ReplyDeleteWow, I gotta agree with the cowardly anonymous commenter.
ReplyDeleteThat's 120 seconds of my life I'll NEVER get back, and how dare they ask me questions about something I love!
And free stuff? That is totally not good enough for a freebie. A GWP? Can you believe the hide of some people??
*rolleyes*
/sarcasm.
HTFU. It took eff all time and they didn't have to offer you anything at all, BUT THEY DID.
Greedy people make me so angry.
*deep breath*
Sooo. Guess how many times I mentioned Dominica Green ;)
I started to do it (let's be honest, I love surveys, incentive or no incentive), but then I came to the realization that I couldn't answer everything accurately because Essie is a brand I haven't tried yet. In fact, I've only heard of the brand relatively recently...maybe within the past year? I feel like even more of a nail polish newbie than I am, LOL.
ReplyDeleteOh, and I don't believe I've commented here before. Oddly enough, I first came across your blog when I was looking for info on the Kat Von D Gypsy palette.
I was just thinking the same thing as Mary - "How Many Polishes Do You Own?"
ReplyDeleteYep, definitely more than 20!
OMG! 0_0
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful dark purple! :D
What's the name of this Essie on your nails?
Perhaps if we all say Starry Starry night is our favorite color while taking the survey.....
ReplyDelete*wishful thinking*
I love surveys too, and this one was so entertaining in all its ... well... Ignorance?! :D Just to screw with their heads I claimed my favourite Essie color is Dominica Green, hehe. They oughtta think their color range through!

ReplyDeleteI agree with Mary about the limited responses available. Do you own 20 polishes? That's a haul, not a stash!
ReplyDeleteI love Essie! If doing this survey means they'll give us more awesome, unique colors in their generally-amazing formula... well, any freebie is just a bonus, you know?
ReplyDeleteAnd I think the polish in the photo is Viva la Vespa!
What is that beautiful shade of Essie purple? Thanks! stephaniev@intermountain.org
ReplyDeleteI personally don't mind taking surveys even if the gift is not one I will bother to obtain. I think the possibility of more colors like Starry Starry Nights or Sexy Divide in the future is enough of a present! Thanks for letting us know Scrangie!
ReplyDeleteThanQ so much!
ReplyDeleteIt really is "Viva la Vespa" :)
And why don't they ship to Germany? I was so ready to buy the Mini Fall set and I couldn't choose my country! This sucks! :(
ReplyDeletethat purple is perfect for fall..thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteI am mostly disappointed at how POORLY worded the survey was. The questions and choices were poorly written. I struggled with a couple of questions where I felt the choices were extremely slanted or limited - I imagine that other people felt the same way. I would be surprised if these data are actually helpful to them at the end of the day.
ReplyDeleteA painless survey with free gift? I'm down :)
ReplyDeleteFor anyone that LOVES that purple in the pic, Essie has a current color that is almost identical called 'Sexy Divide'
ReplyDeleteI have it on now, and it is slammin!
