Del Sol Sale and some answers.

I no longer feel good about recommending this brand, so I've archived my review.

  2. That's awesome that they will give you two replacement bottles if you get a bottle that doesn't change color. Most companies get pissy about give you one replacement.

    Checked out the Del Sol site and just wanted to let you know...regarding the 50% off sale. It says "Fill your Shopping Bag to see the savings appear when the subtotal reaches $50." I think this means you have to buy $50 to get the savings (which is really $25). That's *5* bottles of polish!

  4. Good customer service is definitely important, especially in the current climate. That's great that they got back to you (us). Will keep my ears out for any decisions on international orders.

  9. Scrangie, I have bought so many polishes based on your reviews/swatches. I was interested in purchasing one of these polishes. But now I'm wondering why you no longer feel good about recommending this brand?

    1. I personally like all the Del Sol polishes I have, they changed colors perfectly and they all looked nice, so it's not a quality issue with the products.

      After I posted my reviews, I got a lot of emails from people saying that they had experienced poor customer service from Del Sol (one reason was that they wouldn't honor their satisfaction guarantee) when they received defective polishes. It's been several years since then so hopefully they have resolved their issues.

    1. You're welcome! I thought I had posted about the reason before, but I guess I was imagining it! Whoops :) Hope you have a good experience with them and enjoy your polishes (you have to get Rock Star!)
